Step 1: Choose The Perfect Designs For Your Collection 

The first step in launching your collection with Inflow is to choose the perfect designs that reflect your brand's vision and style.

Start by exploring our extensive fashion catalog, which features over 600 designs across womenswear, menswear, and kidswear. We offer a diverse range of categories, including streetwear, casualwear, denim, knitwear, loungewear, and activewear. Whatever your brand's niche, we have something that will suit your needs.

Once you find a design that catches your eye, simply send us a request for a quotation. We'll provide you with all the details you need to move forward. If you already have a specific design in mind, no problem! You can upload your design directly onto our platform. We promise to get back to you with a detailed quotation within 48 hours.

Step 2: Request For Quotation 

After choosing your perfect designs, the next step is to request a quotation. On Inflow's platform, this process is straightforward and user-friendly.

First, navigate to the "RFQ" section on the left side of your screen. Clicking on this will take you to the RFQ form, where you can provide all the necessary details. You'll need to input the name of your product, the quantity you want to produce, your expected price per unit, and the sizes you want the suppliers to follow.

If you've picked a design from Inflow's catalog and don't need any customization, you can simply click on "Buy Ready Made Spec" to order samples right away.

However, if you want to add your personal touches to a design and are curious about the pricing, click on the "Send Special Requirement" button. This will direct you to the usual RFQ form, where you can specify your customization needs.

By making this process easy, we ensure you can focus on what matters most: creating a collection that truly represents your brand.

Step 3: Order Sample-Making 

Once you’ve requested a quotation and are happy with the prices, it’s time to move on to ordering samples. On the left-side navigation of our platform, you’ll find the “Sample” button under the Order section. Click here to create new sample orders or track existing ones.

You have the flexibility to create as many sample orders as you need to ensure everything is perfect before moving to bulk production. Throughout the sample-making process, you’ll receive frequent updates. You’ll be informed when your order enters the design phase, and you can either approve or reject designs to ensure they meet your vision.

During this stage, you can leave direct comments on Inflow's platform. This allows suppliers to better understand your ideas and vision, ensuring the samples align perfectly with your expectations.

As your sample progresses, you’ll receive step-by-step updates. You’ll know when your fabric is being dyed, when graphics are being printed, and when the products are being processed. This transparency keeps you in the loop and reassures you that everything is on track.

Once the samples are ready, they’ll be sent to your requested address. After you approve the sample pieces, you can confidently move on to bulk production, knowing that your designs are exactly as you envisioned.

Step 4: Order Bulk-Production 

After approving your samples, it's time to move on to bulk production. Creating a bulk order with Inflow is similar to placing a sample order.

Start by inputting the quantity you need. Depending on your designs, we offer flexible Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). Typically, Inflow operates with an MOQ of 200 pieces per design, ensuring both quality and efficiency.

Next, you'll proceed to make the first payment. You can choose to input your card details or transfer the money directly to our verified bank account. Remember to take a photo of the e-receipt as evidence of your payment.

Once the payment is confirmed, you can track every step of the manufacturing process on Inflow’s platform. You'll see updates from sourcing raw materials to making the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and finally, to bulk production.

The PPS will also be sent to you for approval before we proceed to the final production stage. This ensures that everything meets your standards and expectations. 

Step 5: Wait For Delivery 

Once production is complete, your items will be shipped directly to your address. You can make the final payment conveniently through our platform.

The entire production process typically takes just 30 to 45 days, making it quick and efficient. With Inflow’s platform, producing your fashion collection has never been easier.
