Bulk Order Instructions
With the new Bulk Order feature, simply place your large-scale production request directly on our platform. Our network of reliable manufacturers, including the best clothing manufacturers and bulk clothing suppliers, is ready to fulfill your order promptly and efficiently.

Step by step guide to place your order
New is the first phase of Bulk order, here you have to fill information related to product details such as quantities, sizes, colors, designs, techpack etc.

Step 1: Enter your Bulk Order details or upload your existing PO file. Additionally, you can provide extra information in the Note section below your PO file for printing, embroidery, and other customizations.

Step 2: Proceed to the Design details section. If you have your own tech pack, simply browse and upload it with a few clicks. If not, we offer you our ready tech pack; just tick "Use sample order designs" to utilize it.
Next, choose your Delivery and Packaging options based on your needs. If you have specific requirements, browse and send us your instructions. Then click “Review Order”.
Review is the second phase, when you complete filling out order information and then overview and change if needed. Once you're satisfied, click “Agree/ Follow our terms” and “Submit”.
Before stepping into the next phase, Inflow has to view your Bulk Order then make a Quotation for you.
Please ensure that if you have any misconceptions or incorrect information about the order filling, Inflow will request you to double check, correct, and resubmit the order.
First Payment: At this stage, you need to complete all steps related to banking and quotation information to finalize the first half of the order placement.
The summary on the right side shows you all sections you have to pay for:

Subtotal of your production order

Transaction Fee

Shipping Fee
Then you have your total price of the 1st payment, and Delivery address.
For the initial payment, you will pay 0-50% of the quoted amount to cover the first half of the production process, including material sourcing and sample making.
The Making phase involves checking each step-by-step activity: PPS (pre-production sample), Raw Materials, Production, and Inspection.

At the PPS (pre-production sample) step, you can track the estimated time from start to finish and take notes if needed. Once Inflow sends you the completed PPS file, you can review it to determine if any adjustments are necessary.
If the samples we made have faulty elements, we offer you another round to remake them.

Raw Materials: Inflow will show you the suitable materials needed for your products. We will need your approval or any requested changes. Here you can Download file to view and make a decision on it.

Production: Inflow starts to produce your Bulk Order now. So you can track the steps with estimated time of cutting, sewing, finishing, etc.

Inspection: After the whole process of production, Inflow helps you inspect the quality of the orders then send you the report. Download to view and Click “Approve Order”.
Submit the confirmed order after the Quality check to proceed with the rest Payment before Shipping.
The Final Payment covers the remaining balance. If you've already paid 50%, you'll need to pay the remaining 50%.

Step 1: Click "Add to Cart" to proceed with the payment following the quotation.

Step 2: Select a bank account or Scan the QR code. If done, click “Mark as Paid” to confirm.
Delivery: You can track the delivery status here. Upon receiving your order, please mark both "I have received the delivery" and "Order Received".
Next, you will receive a confirmation message from Inflow saying "Thank you for approving the bulk order.".
Finally, click “Give Feedback” to rate our Bulk Order process.
