Remember those days when finding the perfect outfit felt like a treasure hunt? That's how DOTTIE started – with a dream to bring joy through clothes. But, like any great journey, they faced challenges. Keeping up with their own high standards was tough, especially with inconsistent product quality. As they shifted their focus to knit products, DOTTIE needed an excellent manufacturer that could understand and handle the complicated texture of knit. Moreover, in order to expand their brand nationally or even internationally, DOTTIE must also pay attention to other aspects of the business, for example sales and marketing. But, spending so much time finding the right manufacturer and making sure the products were good took away time from these other important parts of their business, making it hard for DOTTIE to achieve bigger success. Plus, to keep up with what customers want, DOTTIE really needed to get their products on the shelves pronto. That meant the whole production process had to be speedy and smooth. But, not every manufacturer in Vietnam could quite keep up with DOTTIE's tight timeline. Moreover, with Inflow’s R&D room, the time for sample production is cut down to 7 days, which speeds up the lead time in general.This careful way of doing things was a big change and helped DOTTIE overcome their production problems.

DOTTIE is more than happy with our service, as within thousands of items ordered, there are only 1 - 2 defects, which means the success level is at nearly 100%.
